Gamespot: Star Wars: The Old Republic Exclusive Hands-On

Gamespot has a new article up detailing their recent playtime with Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Close on the heels of the lastest class reveal for much-anticipated Star Wars: The Old Republic, comes a lengthy set of videos from GamesCon 2009 by IGN.

The four videos are nearly 20 minutes long collectively, and cover the pyromanic Bounty Hunter, the nut-shot Smuggler, and tank-in-your-face Sith Warriors through some actual gameplay footage. There's also some teamwork footage of a Bounty Hunter and Sith Warrior in what Bioware calls a "Flashpoint." Whatever they call it, it is nothing short of AWESOME!

It sure did take a while, but Bioware has officially announced the next playable class that we all knew was coming in one form or another, the Sith Warrior. There is a new Video that was released on creating the voice overs for Star Wars The Old Republic. This video is really interesting as they discuss the depth of the voices of your characters Buy ansaid and npc's. In this video you get some good ingame footage, as well as a look at the UI.

TGIF to everyone and it's this Friday that brings up Developer Blog #10. Today's blog features James Ohlen who is the Creative Director and Lead Designer of The Old Republic, and Shauna Perry, the Director of Audio and Localization for BioWare.

Shauna gives us a look into the process for making the voice overs in Star Wars The Old Republic. Sounds like Bioware is really giving the game a nice touch with all the voice overs that should make the gaming experience much more immersive than typical MMOs. Get the full scoop after the jump.

It's that time again and Bioware is back with another Friday Update. There's only one update, but after the excitement of E3 we suppose everyone needed a break.

The next playable class has been officially announced as the Smuggler. These pistol-wielding gunslingers are always looking to make a quick credit and their quick wits and nimble reflexes makes them one tough opponent to come across.

Make sure you check out the Combat Tactics videos at the official site to get a taste of how the Smuggler class is going to play. Then get Buy elavil online over to our forums and let us know what you think.
